Hi guys! Brought some friends into this week’s post, hope you don’t mind! I’m sure you don’t, these are some of the most beautiful people (inside & out) and I’m obsessed with how gorgeous the pictures are!! The only professional model (so far) was Minna, but everyone else would have had me fooled if I didn’t know better. Seriously, love all their faces.
I also had the pleasure of working with Anita McLeod from AM Studios, who was an absolute dream. She followed us out to this cute farm at 9am in the morning on the most humid day ever. Which to me is actually much better than straight 110 degree heat, but I’m not sure I would feel the same way if I consistently dealt with it, hehe. She helped me pose for group photos (which I’d never done), and gave me serious camera envy. Thanks again Anita, you are amazing! And if any of you are looking for a photographer here in AZ, she is your girl!
You guys know I spent a bit of time planning out this photoshoot: I (with the help of my mama) picked out all the outfits, and made sure they coordinated perfectly. All except Holden’s, because I knew his style would be perfect for this shoot and I was right! Didn’t even show him the other outfits, just told him colors and he showed up perfectly coordinated. I could not believe how spot on he was!
As for the dreamy location: I scouted locations for a few days before I found this pretty farm way out from where I live and fell in actual love. That day, I knocked on the farmer’s door, and asked if it would be okay if I took some photos for my blog. Thinking I would have to be convincing, but the perfectly sweet man and said of course, no questioned asked! I was absolutely thrilled and made him my vegan chocolate chip cookies as a thank you. All in all, everything (for the most part) went exactly according to plan; which I was not planning on. But was so excited that it did!
Speaking of my scarves, our style skye is almost sold out!! This print is one of my absolute favorites, and was actually named after my baby cousin! Make sure you pick one up before they’re sold out. I am working on a video to show all of you who have purchased one all the ways you can tie it (there are a lot)! And make sure you send me pictures of you wearing your scarf, I love getting them!
Lastly for today I want to thank you for all the love on my last post! Lots of you were telling me that you really liked reading it and that makes me so so happy. I seriously am obsessed with you guys and get so excited to hear your feedback.
I hope you have a great week, next Monday I am sharing the photos from my trip to Heber. This place is hidden gem in Arizona, and absolutely gorgeous. Can’t wait to show you! ♡♡
